Our return policy is clearly stated in every auction. If for any reason you need to return a product, you may do so by sending it back to us at: Auction House USA, 123 Main St, Knoxville, TN 37999. You MUST include our Product Return & Exchange Form with your returned item. All items are processed by our returns team within 3 business days of receipt. Your Buy It Now or winning bid amount will be refunded via the method that you originally paid unless otherwise requested. S/H is not refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the incorrect item was shipped to you. You do not need an RMA number for returns to Auction House USA- however, you must include our Product Return & Exchange Form.
